Do you need to return an item? It's easy and fast
Any claim for faults, loss, damage or delay in transit must be made to the carrier in question in writing and within the first 24 hours after the incident.
2. Property of the merchandise
GABRIEL BENMAYOR, S.A will own the goods until the full payment of the invoice sale price.
TO). Any return of material must be made duly documented, indicating especially the delivery note number or invoice number with which it was issued from GABRIEL BENMAYOR, S.A., as well as indicating the reasons for the return, whether of quality or administrative.
B). In the event that the return occurs because the products do not like or do not meet the expectations of the buyer, the buyer has a maximum of 15 days to make the return. This period is counted from the day the merchandise was shipped until the day it arrives back.
C). The merchandise returned by Buyer's decision must arrive in its original and unused packaging, that is to say, totally similar to new (as it was received). The expenses of the return, in this case, will not be covered by Gabriel Benmayor.
D). If the return was caused by a shipping error on our part, Gabriel Benmayor will bear the costs of return. In this case the client will let us know and we will send the transport agency to pick up.
Any divergence arising directly or indirectly due to our supplies will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
